Villa Dulany is a 2-bedroom Steamboat Springs condo with ski-in access to the famous Steamboat Ski Resort. The amazing location isn't the only great perk. A uniquely designed interior brings together contemporary motifs with traditional rustic touches, and you'll have access to luxury amenities like the two shared outdoor hot tubs . Villa Dulany has a private entry with keypad for entry. You will not have to visit a front desk for a key or use an elevator to access your vacation home.
When you first step into the living area, you'll notice the exposed brick, natural wood, and modern lighting fixtures that give this home such a distinct look. A fireplace is set within the traditional red clay bricks, and a paneled wood ceiling provides the warmth and comfort you'll look for after a day of skiing. A large screen TV is mounted in front of the plush brand new sofa sleeper couch and inviting armchair, where your whole group can gather. Large windows line the room, letting light cascade in.
From the living area, step into the dining room, where a traditional table and crafted wood chairs can seat six. A granite-topped breakfast bar divides the open space, segmenting the dining area from the kitchen. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.
Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).
We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

I was originally supposed to be at a different property but had to switch due to some booking issues. I ended up staying at Downhill den in The Lodge on Village Drive. This is a large complex but my building had covered parking, which was nice in the summer. I had to go to the office to pick up the key card. It's a bit dated of a process since most rentals have gone to a a lock with a number pad, but the key card wasn't too inconvenient.The unit itself was very nice; clean and well appointed. Lots of glasses, dishes, cooking appliances, and utensils to make most meals. There's plenty of seating in the living area, and the unit has a decent patio. No air conditioning but they provided a lot of fans. The bathrooms were dated but functional, except for some erratic water temperature (probably due to a central heater). There's a lot of drawer space in the bedrooms, and decent closets. Unfortunately, the master bedroom mattress was not very comfortable. I realize there are a lot of personal opinions on this, but the mattress was much too soft for my liking. This unit was a bit smaller than what I had originally booked, but the price was much better too, so it worked out well. It's still Steamboat in the summer, but more reasonable. Definitely a good pick.

The location is great. The condo was very nice, but there were some things that could be improved.
Positives:
great location, nice amenities, nice kitchen and appliances. nice hot tubs
Negatives;
* no A/C - noisy street traffic with windows open,
* very, very poor lighting - some lamps
without light bulbs
* early checkout time - 10:00 am - with lots of requests for things to do prior to checkout - dishes, etc
*very hard uncomfortable beds
If the lighting was improved, it would really make the condo more pleasant.
A/C would make the condo more comfortable and mattress toppers would make the beds more comfortable. But… the location can’t be beat and the communal hot tubs were very nice.
