The apartment is situated in the very center of Venice, near the Rialto bridge. For two persons it is totally sufficient, clean and the furnishings are appropriate.

Lovely little apartment very close to the Rialto bridge. Peaceful and comfortable, the window/rooflights look out over the local rooftops. Although very central, it felt like a welcome oasis amongst the bustle of the tourists.
The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay and was nicely furnished in the Venetian style. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for the two of us.
You can see that the beams are very low in a lot of the apartment, but we just moved carefully. My husband is 6'4, but he managed. It's worth noting that the steps to the apartment from the street are extremely steep, and in places have no handrail, but again, it didn't bother us.
We had a great stay.

Please be aware there are 73 steps once you enter the building to the main floor of the apartment and there is no elevator in the building for luggage. The rooms are on the top floor and the ceiling is angled and down to 4’ feet or so in places. The air conditioner in the bedroom shuts off randomly. The shower is small but works well and the hot water is fast and consistent. The host was very communicative and responded in a timely manner.
