The house was quite clean and comfortable. It's up to date and had all the amenities required to make us comfortable. The host answered all our questions! We had two small children and there were all the things we needed, stair gates, books, beach equipment etc. We would definite rent again.
Check in and out was a breeze.

Love the open space! Plenty of room for 11 adults and 4 babies. Having access to all the beach gear and kids toys in the garage was a huge plus! And the location was perfect—easy walk to the beach! There were some cleanliness/tidiness concerns, though (carpet/toys/floors and very worn-out furniture). Overall, we had a fun time with friends at the house!
