Room is located in central area of the city. This is our guests' favorite part of Dubrovnik, according to independent reviews. It has good connectivity with Old Town, bus no 4 drives directly to the Pile Gate entrance to the Old City.This double bed room with sea view also has TV, air condition, WiFi and refrigerator.There is a private parking and free WiFi at our guests disposal.
The villa is located higher up Vojnović street. It is a street full of cafes and restaurants, close to Bellevue beach.It is a perfect location considering that it is well connected to all parts of the city - 10 minutes by bus to Lapad in one direction, and the old town in the other direction.Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility, but now it is becoming the largest residential part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik.As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Old Town Dubrovnik offers a range of activities and attractions that ensure an unforgettable stay. It also offers many historical sights and the best restaurants, bars and beaches in Dubrovnik.

The location was excellent. The beach was within walking distance (about 10 minutes), and there was a supermarket and a bakery only about 4 minutes away. The property was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Access to the Old Town was also great — around 10 minutes by bus or 20 minutes on foot. The view was beautiful, but most importantly, the host was extremely friendly, welcoming, and hospitable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great quiet location, has the public bus stops close that takes you down to the old town quickly. Excellent host.

We had a great stay at the accommodation, it was outside the hussle and bussle of Dubrovnik but still had plenty to do in and around a 30 minute walk.
Special thanks to Niksa for picking us up and showing us around! The hosts were very kind and accommodating.
