Breakages
Please report any accidental damage. Fees may apply for repairs or replacements.

Pets are welcome with prior notice. A pet fee will be charged to cover extra cleaning. Help us keep the home fresh for everyone!
Please do not leave trash or food behind. Use the designated bins and take out any excess garbage before checkout.
If you move any furniture or items (like lamps, nightstands, chairs, etc.), kindly return them to their original place before departure.

House was perfect for all our crew members and layout was great. House was clean and very user friendly. The host was amazing and was a great communicator. She was quick to respond to questions and solutions. Great plate and amazing host.

Loved the view! Everything was perfect, the house was a little hot when we arrived but cooled down pretty fast. The kids enjoyed the basketball court

The house was not ready for us when we arrived after driving 10 hours to get there. There were things draped on chairs in the living room and there were no towels in the bathrooms or kitchen. Toilet paper holders were broken in 2 bathrooms, along with a towel bar pulled from the wall. Several cabinet pulls were broken. There were remotes for the room fans, but they didn’t work. We could get the fan to work with the switch on the wall, but not the light. Several ceiling fans were so noisy, couldn’t sleep with them on. Got the towels the next morning. We will not use this house again.
