••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed having our boat on the canal at the private dock on property. We were told the nearest boat ramp was MM 54, which is 33rd street, but there is a boat ramp right on Sandowski causeway. Randy (cannot remember the name of his business, but look for the boat ramp) was great and gave us needed advice for traversing the waters. We had a few maintenance issues we brought up to the very communicative staff. They sent someone over for the main issue right away. The rest of the minor issues we requested they work on after we leave. All homes need repairs from time to time, and these issues were because of home age; Nothing they won’t be able to fix for the next guest. Overall, we were pleased and would stay there again.

great location. Nice place well equipped. There was no coffee there for first morning as promised - we left some for next guest. Good bed but the sheets are really worn and nubby. Grill did not have a lighter - we bought one and left it. I would stay there again. Very clean no bugs

Nice home, wonderful neighbors, disappointed there was no ladder on dock to get in and out of my kayak. Beds were horrible, not comfortable at all, hard and lumpy.AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. Private beach and pool were nice.
