We live in there, 2 time visitors and rebooking this weekend

The place was exactly as listed and what we needed. Do pay attention to the reviews as that helped our expectations. You are literally on top of the ocean (which we loved) but it is very loud between the ocean, AC units, and dehumidifier. I don’t mind that kind of white noise but others might. There is no dry, sandy beach in front of the unit but you can access beach areas within walking distance. We did see people putting chairs in the wet sand and walking in front of the unit during low tide. We were happy to just sit on the balcony, which felt like being on the beach just without sand. Very quick communication with the owners who were super accommodating to us. Thank you so much!

This property had excellent views of the ocean and it was also very clean and well equipped. The only negative thing would be lack of beach access.

The view is amazing and the host very accommodating..It does have a musty smell as it's right on the ocean. In order to use the beach the tide has to be going out. There is a public beach nearby that I used.
