Sandy Key 511 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf Front condo. The complex offers two outdoor swimming pools, beach boardwalk, tennis courts, an exercise room, and grilling areas providing lots of family fun. This 5th floor unit includes a covered balcony that offers spectacular views of the beach and unforgettable sunsets. The kitchen is ready to use and furnished with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer perfect for cooking your family meals. Enjoy cable TV in each room and free wi-fi Internet access. Unit does have a washer/dryer and linens in unit.

**Please note we provide an initial starter kit of soap, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash bag for each can, Clorox wipes, complimentary dish and laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge so please pack accordingly!
Located near a 9 mile National Seashore, enjoy walks along the beach or through the nature trails at the park. While on the Key, don't forget to visit the Naval Air Museum and Fort Barrancas. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

We stayed here for a girls trip and overall had a great time. The property itself was nice, the location was great, and the condo was comfortable for our group.That said, the lighting throughout most of the rooms was very poor. We also had issues with the washer and dryer not working properly during our stay, which was frustrating. Maintenance did respond promptly to our request to look at the dryer, but they were not able to fix the problem. Another downside was the limited number of towels provided for our group.Overall, we enjoyed the property and had a good experience, but a few upgrades and better maintenance of the unit would make a big difference.

Liked the unit, it was clean & spacious but needs a small amount of TLC. The view from the balcony was spectacular.

We had a great time on our trip, but the condo itself had a few inconveniences that are worth noting. The location was great and the AC worked wonderfully, which was a huge plus during the warmer days. However, there were several things that could use improvement.There was no keyless entry, which meant keeping up with physical keys—not ideal when coming and going to the beach. The master bedroom didn’t have any curtains, which made it hard to sleep in late if you wanted to. The dryer was very inefficient; it took three cycles to dry each load. The living room TV wouldn’t turn on at all during our stay. Also, the showers didn’t drain properly, and there were no ceiling fans, which might be a downside for some (though the AC did keep things cool).Lighting-wise, the living room only had one lamp, which made it difficult to create softer lighting in the evening—I personally prefer dimmer lights at night.Overall, we enjoyed the area and made the most of our stay, but a few updates and fixes would really improve the comfort and convenience of this unit.
