The amount will be automatically released after departure; processing times vary depending on the bank. Any damages or breaches of the house rules may result in partial or total deductions from the deposit.

FINAL CLEANING AND ESSENTIAL SERVICES

The cost of final cleaning and the initial set of bed linen and towels is not included in the base price and will be charged separately. Extra linen changes are available on request.

TOURIST TAX

BOOKING DETAILS

Klodge properties are private homes managed as tourist rentals in accordance with Italian Law 431/98 and Regional Law 16/17. As private homes, they may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialising in short-term tourist rentals.

ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT

Online check-in is mandatory and requires uploading documents and a selfie for each guest. All personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR. A tourist rental contract must be signed. The contract is issued in Italian; an English courtesy copy is available.

KEY COLLECTION

Keys are collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE DISPOSAL

The area is served by a door-to-door recycling system. Guests must use the appropriate bags and properly dispose of waste before departure.
