A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the second living level (35 m²). There you’ll find a 25 m² bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and air conditioning, as well as an 8 m² loft with two single beds for children (90 x 200 cm) and a small balcony (2 m²) with a view of the sea.
The property is fenced and therefore ideal for children. The well-maintained communal garden (500 m²) is available for guests to use.
