Summary:
This spectacular retreat sits right on the banks of the Roaring Fork, with unobstructed views & the running river audible throughout. This space has it all: a great room with wood-burning fireplace, chef's kitchen, tranquil sanctuary bedroom, spa bathroom, spacious riverfront deck. Quiet & serene, although just a few blocks from downtown & the gondola. Condo amenities include heated lap pool & spa hot tubs & renovated gym & lockers - a luxury spa experience - nothing like this anywhere in Aspen!

This is a beautiful unit that offers everything, including a fabulous river view. The balcony table is where I planted myself, and I loved having an umbrella for shade. I travel alone, and the location was perfect. Everything was in perfect order, and the cleanliness was superb. The hosts were helpful, and the check-in was seamless.

Amazing location next to the river and on the "quieter" side of town - will def be back!

Stayed here for a few nights while visiting Aspen and this location is absolutely perfect.
The unit is clean, comfortable, and very close to everything in town – only a five minute walk.
The bed was extremely comfortable and very quiet to sleep while opening the door to hear the running stream all night made it extremely pleasant.
I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.
