- Check-in: From 4:00 PM.

- Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

- Early check-in or late check-out: $60 + tax, subject to availability. Request one day in advance.

🔹 Reception Registration

- Guests must register at the front desk with a photo ID and vehicle license plate to receive their parking decal.

- If arriving after 10 PM, return before 11 AM the next day to register or a double registration fee may apply.

🔹 Garage Remote

- The remote is provided inside the apartment.

- Lost or damaged remote: $120 replacement fee.

🔹 Luggage Storage

- Free during office hours with advance notice.

🔹 Packages

- Accepted up to 30 days before arrival.

- $5 per small package; $10 per large package.

🔹 Housekeeping

- The apartment is professionally cleaned before arrival.

- Daily housekeeping is not included.

- Towels are not replaced during the stay; guests may use the shared laundry room.
