Welcome to this spacious second story townhome at Kuilima Estates at Turtle Bay.
This condo is located on the eastern side of Kuilima Estates, making this condo one of the closest units to the Turtle Bay beach. .
With a completely updated interior, guests enter into the air-conditioned living room complete with flat screen TV. Along with digital cable, guests also have access to the fastest, most reliable wireless internet for the area.
Continuing into the kitchen, should guests choose to prepare food during their stay, they will definitely appreciate the fully-stocked, full-sized kitchen completely remodeled with brand new appliances, sleek Quartz countertops, and all-new cabinets.
While enjoying the spacious first level, guests can also walk out to the balcony overlooking the 18th hole of the golf course with ponds, greens and trees spanning as far as the eye can see.
On the same level, guests will find the master bedroom. Air-conditioned and private, the master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, and in-suite bathroom.
Up a beautiful new straight up to the loft staircase, to accommodate larger groups, with two queen beds.
Equipped with two bathrooms on the first floor, an in-unit washer/dryer, fresh linens, and various beach sundries, this condo offers guests the comfort and convenience of home.
As much as the condo offers inside, however, guests will see why the beautiful Turtle Bay Resort has been the location for the filming of several popular films. Ringed by beautiful beaches, the Turtle Bay area offers horseback riding, miles of walking trails, a Palmer Championship golf course and Fazio course with discounted rates after 4:00 PM, snorkeling, surfing, scuba, helicopter tours, and more.
Not far away, guests can also visit the nearby, world famous surf breaks at Sunset Beach, Rocky Point, Pipeline and Waimea Bay that are arrayed along North Shore's scenic coastline. Recommended as well to visit is old Hawaii and the beaches, quaint shops and unique restaurants of Haleiwa town. Guests also love the famous Matsumoto’s Shave Ice, the North Shore’s shrimp trucks, or exciting swims among the iconic Honu, Hawaii's famous and once nearly extinct sea turtle.

The property is located about 10-20 mins from some awesome beaches in the North Shore. Snorkeling was awesome at PupuKea Beach. Waimea Bay was great for a family beach day. Waimea Valley is great for the waterfall and garden scenery, both Waimea locations took us about 20-30 mins from the condo because of traffic. Food trucks to the south were great, we loved getting our daily fresh smoothies at Tina's and the breakfast at Da Bald Guy was ONO (amazing.) Lots of options to meet everyone's different tastes for dinner, but the trucks start closing at 6p so get there in time. Kuilima Farms is about 10 mins north of the condo and it had an awesome fruit stand that we got fresh fruit/veggies from on the way to the beach, threw them in the provided ice chest as an easy beach snack. Sunset Beach is about 15 mins north of the condo, great for swimming if you are familiar with a shore break or want some waves. They provide one boogie board. There was a broken umbrella when we arrived, so we bought one with an ocean scenery, then we left it for the next people to enjoy. The sun is brutal in Hawaii, shade and reef safe sunscreen is a must. Make sure you hold that umbrella in the wind or it's a goner. We had issues with ants in the kitchen, they called the exterminator to set ant traps and we just lived with the ants. There are cockroaches, we saw them in the house daily, that was a bummer. The pool was close and warm. Overall we enjoyed this location and the pics are accurate.

Good location for what we needed. In unit laundry was feature we needed. Beaches and golf courses within walking distance. Floorplan was great for our family of 4 and appreciated the renovations, cleanliness, and included parking.

This was a beautiful, clean condo in a perfect spot to explore all of Oahu. Being able to walk to the beach at the Ritz Carlton was a huge bonus but we explored beaches all over the island as well. restaurants at the RC were great too but we spend most of our time in the North Shore eating at food trucks in Haleiwa or just down the street by seven brothers bakery. If you like to hike, you can also hike right from the property and you can also easily walk to see the sunrise and sunset all by the hotel. Andrew was a great, helpful host and the condo had more than we could ever need. It was very clean and perfect for my husband and I and our two adult sons. We had an excellent time.

The property is nicely updated and a short distance from Turtle Bay. It is an older building with the dryer venting inside of the unit. I don’t believe this to be a safe practice. Fumes, moisture build up and fire hazards being just a few of the reasons. I felt ill and had to open windows while running. Definitely mildew building up inside of the hall bath. It has a mildew smell and the lack of any shower curtain causes a huge puddle on the floor after showering. We did see roaches as well, but it is the islands so it is to be expected. The golf course restaurant is ridiculously over priced and just bar food. Roy's Beach House was our go to for amazing food and view.
