The old town of Porec can be reached in just 30 minutes on foot along the coast. The house is situated on a plot with olive trees, flowers and a well-kept garden with a brick barbecue and garden furniture, all for shared use. A total of two holiday flats are rented out in the house, which will be completely renovated in 2022.
