House was great, great location for getting around, clean, beds comfy, would stay again.

I was in charge of finding the place to stay for a guys trip to Austin and I’m happy I booked this one. The beds were all comfortable with nice, clean bedding, along with clean white towels. This is a great location that’s walkable to the bar areas but not too close to them where you have drunk people all around at night.
The owner was professional and easy to work with and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for letting us stay here!

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelor party. We had an incredible weekend, and I’d say the property was definitely a contributing factor. It was clean and offered separate spaces for everyone to sleep. The back porch is screened in with a roof and proved to be a particularly great place to hang out during the periods of time we were hanging at the house. The layout of the house is certainly unique - I thought it was difficult to understand the layout from the pictures but rest assured that the layout works well. My only word of caution would be to recognize the need to keep noise levels in check. We were fine playing a decent amount of music and talking, but there was a point where we let the music get a bit loud during the afternoon; however, the owner gave us the heads up and asked to (very respectfully) turn it down a bit so it wasn’t a big deal.
