It was located right downtown. Very clean with a nice shower & beds.

Our room didn't have a window! (Rm. #1)

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Definitely good value for money.

The restaurant was excellent. The receptionist in the afternoon was very friendly.

The restaurant is super convenient, affordable and it has a big variety of dishes and combos. The food is well prepared. People from other hotels (nicer hotels) come to this one to eat because the restaurant is a really good deal.

Single rooms are very small. Rooms don't have real windows and made me feel a little claustrophobic. Double room is better on moving around areas size but it still is like a box without windows.

Super helpful staff and convenient location make this an ideal jumping-off point for El Chepe.

Really wierd wifi...didn't work on my laptop in multiple locations. Ended up trying 3 different rooms.

Lovely staff and very accommodating as we arrived late (11pm) and left early (7am). Comfortable room with all necessary amenities. VERY good price for what it offers

No windows in the room meant it felt quite locked away.

Clean hotel with everything needed at hand. Room was quiet. Blanca on reception was a very helpful and friendly presence. The restaurant was also very nice.

It's not a major complaint but the information on booking.com about the check-in times is inaccurate - I arrived way after the publicised time and it was all fine, and there were plenty of people checking in even after me. So if you are on the ferry from La Paz, arriving late at night - don't worry, they will be there and waiting for you :)

Nice hotel with a good location, rooms are clean and have a good size. The staff is nice and very helpful. I appreciated that they helped me with my luggage since there is no elevator available. Definitely a good value for money option.

The room had an interior window, might not be the best option but since I only spend 1 night there, it was ok.
