Starfish Serenade is a vacation home on the Outer Banks that can't be missed. Tucked away in the Captain's Watch neighborhood within the Village at Nags Head where the 12th green of the Nags Head Golf Links is your backyard and you are just a quick drive to be on the beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This five bedroom home has all of the comforts of home, and offers the perfect setting for your OBX vacation in Nags Head. The home is pet friendly, so feel free to bring your four-legged friends along for the vacation too!

Once inside Starfish Serenade, you'll find a large and open floorplan on the top level with plenty of space for everyone to unwind and enjoy their time away. Step outside onto the deck and take in the views of the Nags Head Golf Links, and start your day with a cup of coffee soaking in the salt air. The kitchen is on the top level of the home and has stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops and even a wine cooler. If you'd like to take your meals outside, relax in the screened porch, located right off of the kitchen. The bedrooms are furnished to provide a great night's rest after a busy day playing on the beach. There is a master bedroom on the top floor, while the remaining 4 bedrooms are on the mid-level along with two full bathrooms. In the garage area of the home, you'll find a foosball table and half bath room.

Visiting the OBX: Starfish Serenade is near many wonderful local restaurants, unique shops, historic sites, and outdoor activities. Once you have the chance to experience Starfish Serenade and all that it has to offer it is certain to become your one and only vacation choice.

Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach! Turn out of the driveway onto Captain's Way and then East on W Seachase Drive. Cross the bypass (Hwy. 158) onto Epstein St. Head south to the Town Hall beach access. The access offers a paved parking lot, a wooden walkway to the beach and lifeguard (in-season).

Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings within 51 Weeks in Advance: This home allows the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year.

No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly - 2 Dogs Maximum Allowed. Dogs allowed for an additional per pet fee.

Community pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies. Note: Parking passes for the Village Beach Club must be purchased in person by rental guests at the time of use: Daily rate: Up to $15 per vehicle. Please inquire at the Beach Club for more details.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
