Welcome to ‘Rosalia Del Mar’e’! This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 2,400+ square feet home is ocean-side with easy access to the beach. Enjoy the well-appointed open floor-plan for gathering with family and friends. The living area features wood floors and a pool table for endless entertainment. Well-equipped kitchen with tile floors, all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. Two master suites, each with king beds and private bathrooms. There are three covered, furnished balconies for relaxing. Step out the back door to your own 8.5’ x 19.5’ private swimming pool. Exterior amenities include a furnished pool area, exterior shower, and parking for four vehicles.

Great location, large kitchen and living room, and overall clean space. We stayed with 10 people total, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Being within walking distance of the pier/Surfside restaurants is a tremendous highlight of this house. And even though it's second row, you can still see the ocean from both balconies on that side. Taking off 1 star for some minor reasons: 1) while overall very clean, there were a few spots (vents, fixtures, etc) that could use a deeper clean. 2) one of the bedrooms was without a lamp or other light source on our arrival (a Saturday). I texted the number we were provided to reach out to if we had issues, and I received response that seemed like they were written by AI. I was told someone would follow up during business hours, but I didn't get a message/call - someone just showed up late Monday morning with a lamp. 3) the WiFi had noticeable dead spots in the house, and was slow in spots where there was signal. Again, a good place to stay overall, especially for location. But could use some small improvements.

Great location and rental experience. The house was the perfect size for our family of 10 and we had a great time. House definitely needs a deep clean and some updates. The pool area was great.

The house was in a perfect location . The beach was right across the street, and it is a very short walk to the pier and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Overall great location, very near.
Wish owner have upkeep the property little better.
Found the balcony patio door broken, one of teen almost got hurt while opening the patio door, entire glass door frame came off.
First floor flooring was sticky, all beds were old and sunk.
