Our villa, built in 1851 in the old town, is located right in the heart of Bad Sooden’s spa district, directly adjacent to the spa park, in a traffic-calmed zone. Just a few steps away is the pedestrian zone, which features many restaurants and cafés as well as a small Edeka grocery store, a bakery, and several shops. The Gradierwerk is about a 5-minute walk from the house, and the Werratal-Therme is about a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It consists of a living room with a fold-out bed as a third sleeping option (with a slatted frame and innerspring mattress), a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a shower/toilet, and a hallway with a coat rack. In addition, the balcony—with its historic leaded glass and views of and over the old town—invites you to linger. The vacation apartment features vinyl flooring and short-pile carpet, making it suitable for people with allergies. Pets are not allowed!
Behind the house is a large cottage garden. Here you can relax away from traffic and curious passersby. There are plenty of lounge chairs, chairs, and tables available.
Public parking is available directly in front of the house; the visitor’s card entitles you to free parking here.
