Ocean View condo with high end furniture and decor. The condo is decorated with a beach theme so you can fully immerse yourself in the beach lifestyle for your vacation. Sit out on the patio and watch the sun rise over the ocean or feel the ocean breeze in the afternoon. Nina's Beach Cottage is on the 2nd level and is an end unit. Our complex has an elevator and it is just steps away from the condo. There is a small cart to help you bring your belongings up in fewer trips so you can get to the FUN!!
Condo is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, including a Keurig and regular coffeemaker, washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, and everything you need for your stay. Bring your personal belongings and leave your worries at home.
The complex is across the street from the beach with easy access to the ocean. It also has a commons area with picnic tables and a lovely pool with nice lounge chairs for sunbathing. The pool area also has an outdoor shower to rinse the sand from the ocean off of your feet.
Garden City Beach is family friendly with tons of things to do. The Garden City Pier comes alive at night with music and dancing for the whole family and it is only 8/10 mile away. You will also be close to grocery stores, golf courses, shopping, water parks, and the seafood capital, Murrells Inlet. Murrells Inlet also has the marsh walk with great restaurants and entertainment.
Step back in time with a visit to Atalaya Castle at Hunnington Beach State park, which is only a short drive along with Brookgreen Gardens and Pawley's Island, famous for their relaxing hammocks and chilling ghost stories. This beach condo was very nice. It was clean and well kept. It had cute beach decor. There were instructions for the TV. There was a coffee bar which was nice . My husband enjoyed the coffee bar. There were plenty of towels, washcloths in the bathroom. There was also shampoos, lotion, toothbrushes and toothpaste if you forget something at at home. The only downside to bathroom stuff was the contact lens solution is expired as well as the hydrogen peroxide. We didn’t use either product. The beds were comfortable. There are extra blankets in closet. There is a pool on the property which we enjoyed. There is a beach access across the street from condo. There is a handicap accessible ramp and an elevator which was beneficial to me as a disabled person. Overall, I would stay here again.

You will not regret booking this location. The property is just as advertised plus so much more. The owner left countless toiletries and other useful supplies to use in case you forgot something. The A/C worked great. There's a nice restaurant within walking distance and the beach access is directly across the street. We loved it and so will you.

This condo was perfect for me - close to everything, nicely furnished with lots of extras. Carol thought of everything and was very responsive. Enjoyed meeting her when I arrived. Parking is tight in the garage - backing into the space made it easier! Would definitely come back.

Wonderful location and host! Easy and quick access to the beach. Carol is a gem and her condo is everything we needed for our stay in Garden City. Lord willing, we’ll be back!
