The house is in great condition, close enough to town that everything is very convenient. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Great stay! Melanie was very easy to wotk with. The rec room was a great place to hang

The house was excellent! The kids had an absolute blast!!! Very quiet and peaceful area of Lake City!

This place was very cute in pictures and the big hang out room drew us in. The listing was a little misleading as it said the large couch is a great place for watching the game but there is no cable and the TV out there is not a smart TV that you can stream on either. The internet was unfortunately not working the whole time we were there so the TVs were useless. Still plenty to do but the hot tub was low on water and we ended up having to add some so the jets wouldn’t spray out of the tub. There were some definite cleaning issues but I feel bad going into more detail. I get the impression this friendly couple is new at this as there were no instructions for check in or check out. The women on the listing was very friendly when communicating. I hope they find their grove as I think this place does have a lot of potential.
