Sleeping arrangements are spread across two levels. On the main floor, a queen bedroom and full bathroom provide convenient access for guests who prefer fewer stairs. Upstairs, a second queen bedroom and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk share a full bathroom, offering a comfortable setup for children or additional guests. An alcove with two twin beds adds extra sleeping space and leads into the primary bedroom, which includes a private ensuite bathroom for added privacy.



Outdoor amenities are a highlight of this canal-front setting. Guests have access to two 50-foot boat slips and a peaceful gazebo overlooking the canal. Shared amenities also include a heated pool (available for an additional fee and subject to weather conditions), an astro-turf putting green, a fire pit, and a fish cleaning station.
