This is a luxury home that our family custom designed. It
ensures ample space and privacy for each member, and has many thoughtfully crafted spaces for communal fun and bonding. Perfect for making memories with large groups!

We have luxurious sleeping space for 16 people; But can accommodate up to 20 for an additional $60 per person/ per night.
(all adults and kids ages 2-18 are counted in this headcount. An exception is made only for 2 babies aged 0-24 months).

PETS
We warmly welcome guests with 1-2 dogs. There is a pet fee of $250 dollars applied for bringing your furry friends and a special set of rules guests must follow- Pet's are not allowed free range of the house.
NO PARTIES / EVENTS
Only the total number of guests in your booking are allowed on the property. Parties, Events and extra guests are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $2,000 fee and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to protect our family home and keep it pristine for future gatherings.
Guest access
The home is exclusively for guest use. There is no shared space. The playground, rec fields, field house, and all grounds are also exclusively for guest use. No other people/guests of the renters besides the total in the booking are allowed at the house. No House Party's
Because this is a high-end luxury property, we require that the primary renter be at least 25 years old and remain on site for the duration of the stay. This policy helps ensure a respectful environment, reduces the risk of parties or damage, and allows us to maintain the exceptional experience we provide to all guests.

Our host, Samantha, was wonderful. Very quick to respond to my messages and answer my questions. The house was very clean and the room arrangements worked well for our group of four couples in two different generations, one extra grandma, four grandsons and two granddaughters. Age range of kids was 9 - 15. The younger kids LOVED the indoor pool and their mothers appreciated not having to put sunscreen on the kids or worry about too much sun. The game room was a big hit. Almost everyone wound up down there some time. The hot tub was a hit with several of our group. We also had fun with the frisbee golf and enjoyed watching the resident fox. Even with so many people, it was possible to find a quiet place in the house, in the separate library, separate dining room, or one of the decks or the patio. I also appreciated how all the light switches were labeled so there was minimal guesswork in figuring out which switch belonged to which light. It's a lovely house. The house rules are laid out clearly and are numerous, but logical. We all wished we could have stayed longer. This is the third year we've had a family reunion in a VRBO house. We all agreed that for us, this house worked the best of the three.

This large, beautiful property served as the home base for our family vacation of 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 10. With all the features and amenities, we were able to keep everyone happy and occupied. The indoor pool and theater room were especially nice and used frequently by all family members.The views at the home are incredible, with a direct view of Pikes Peak from the two decks, the family room/dining area and the master bedroom suite, which itself was incredible. The home was well stocked, including the kitchen, which allowed us to enjoy several great family-prepared meals.Quiet and very private location but very easy access to the many Colorado Springs attractions - lots to do within 30 minutes.Communication with the host was great and very responsive. Check-in was a breeze.Overall, a wonderful home and experience for our family.
