A large wrap around balcony offers wonderful views of the ocean and the bay. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises or listen to the waves crash onto the shore as you unwind from your fun filled day. The patio also allows you to keep an eye on the kids as they have fun at the beach or enjoy the outside pool. Located on 35th street, you will be a short 8 blocks away from the boardwalk, within walking distance to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, miniature golf and many great restaurants and bars!
This fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has 2 full size beds. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom along with a 2nd full sized bathroom. You'll enjoy TVs in every room, central air and there is wireless internet to keep you connected. The full-size kitchen features upgraded cabinets and is great for those nights that you want to have a cost-saving meal at home!

* Linens & towels are included year-round.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Summer Beach is an elevator building.
* Two parking spots are provided; parking is in a covered garage.
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 35th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

It was a beautiful ocean view but thank god we got trash bags, toilet paper the coffee cups were dirty but everything else was very good

Too many to mention. We have found our oasis. From the view to the tastefully decorated condo. But we have to say the views and the ease of rental. We will be back.

Overall it was a good experience. The layout of the condo was great. The view spectacular! The furniture was very comfy. The home wasn’t thoroughly clean... even though we didn’t use it- the stove was not clean. There were alot of crumbs under the burners, the display was smudgy, there were ‘spills’ on the fridge doors. One main issue we had was on our check out day, our code was deactivated by about 7am. We got locked out for over an hour & no follow up to make sure we finally got back in!
