Nice batch, but very cold in the winter. Despite heaters and fire going it was difficult to warm the batch up. Recommend bringing sleeping bags for additional warmth at night. The oven does not work properly and for us there was no gas in the bbq. While there are were a few disappointing areas for us, it is a good property for big groups.

Wonderful stay as always! Great little bach close to town. Just a couple of minutes to the beach. Took friends from Australia and they loved it too. Will be back again
