With 12 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a private padel court, tennis court with two pickleball courts, basketball, bocce, putting green, a huge grass lawn, a resort-style pool and spa, and expansive indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, Verbena offers something rare: the feeling of having your own private resort. Whether you're gathering with family, friends, a group of athletes, or celebrating a special occasion, the estate is designed to keep everyone entertained, connected, and comfortable—while still giving everyone room to spread out.

THE ESTATE
Verbena Estate is made up of a main residence, guest house, and separate casita, creating multiple spaces for guests to gather, relax, and recharge.

The main house features 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, while the guest house adds 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the casita offers an additional 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Inside, oversized living and dining areas, warm wood floors, crisp white walls, arched details, and modern finishes create a comfortable yet sophisticated desert setting. The chef-style kitchen features a large island, bar seating, professional-style appliances, and generous prep space, while multiple lounges give guests plenty of places to relax throughout the day. The casita adds even more entertainment space with a dedicated game room featuring a full-size ping pong table and shuffleboard, while an additional TV/den area provides another comfortable space for movies, games, watching sports, or simply getting away from the main gathering areas.

THE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE
Outside is where Verbena truly comes to life. Start the morning with padel and tennis, challenge the group to pickleball or basketball, practice your putting, or start a bocce match across the grounds. The expansive property also features a huge grass lawn, perfect for casual games, lawn activities, group gatherings, or simply enjoying the open desert setting. Cool off in the large private pool and spa, fire up the outdoor kitchen and BBQ, then bring everyone together for a meal at the covered outdoor dining area, with seating for 20+ guests. Multiple outdoor lounges and fire pits make it easy for the afternoon to continue well into the evening.

- Please note that we require a security deposit of $1500 which will be collected after the booking has been made.
​​​​​​​- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (June 1 - September 30).
- This home contains 10 bedrooms and one bonus room.
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- The pool can only be heated to a maximum of 83°.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
​​​​​​​- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.

Parking Details:
- 3 car garage.
- 2 car guest house garage.
- A maximum of 18 cars can park onsite.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
