Unterzeismering is a small village situated directly on Lake Starnberg. You can reach the lake in just a few minutes on foot.
In Tutzing itself, you’ll find a lakeside park, several swimming spots, beer gardens, and a mini-golf course. There are also several shopping options, bakeries, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies, and much more.
You can reach Tutzing in just a few minutes by car or on foot. From there, you have access to the S-Bahn (S 6) as well as regional trains to Munich, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and Innsbruck.

The vacation rental is the perfect starting point for many activities, such as
steamboat cruises (Lake Starnberg, Lake Ammer), biking and hiking tours (in the region), and visits to monasteries (Andechs and Bernried Monasteries). Museums (Buchheim Museum in Bernried)
In winter, you can quickly reach the Garmisch-Partenkirchen ski area by car or train.
