Property Details & Important Notes

The entire home and access to the 26 acres of nature are included in this rental, so make yourself at home! Please note that we have a second home on the property that is also available to rent. There may be guests staying there during your visit, so please be respectful of one another. The homes are far enough apart to maintain privacy, and there is plenty of dedicated parking for each home. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host (and guest in some cases) if it gets too loud.



Guest Access:

Both homes and access to the 26 acres of nature is included, so make yourself at home. Please do not access the locked “owner’s closet” in each house or the interior of the garage.

There are so many great things to do in the area. Once you have made a reservation, you will receive a link to your customized guidebook, but here are a few of our favorites in the meantime:

Getting Around:

Unless you own a helicopter, I recommend getting around by car or preferably SUV. The last ½ mile or so are on a single-lane gravel road that is steep in some parts.



Other Things to Note:

We're currently building something special on our 26-acre property - a brand-new micro-resort that we can't wait to share! Construction is located a good distance away from the home, so it should not be disruptive to your stay. However, depending on the work taking place that day, you may occasionally hear some construction noise in the distance. We want to be fully transparent so there are no surprises while you're here.

Cleaning & Sanitization

- Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



No Pets Allowesd

- We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.



No Smoking Inside

- Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.



No Parties/Events

- We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete complete a rental agreement with a photo ID. This is required in order to confirm your reservation.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
