Our place includes a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, a convenient sofa bed in the living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Relax on your private balcony, take a dip in the shared pool, or challenge friends on the tennis court.
We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons such as smells or perceived cleanliness.
Guest Access:
This complex has all you need: A free parking spot, a padel court, and a shared pool. There's a restaurant downstairs, a gym (additional fee applies), a supermarket nearby, and it's a few blocks from Tulum downtown!
For your comfort, the studio includes central air conditioning and a ceiling fan, as well as everything necessary for a worry-free stay:

We provide one towel per person for the duration of the stay; most of our apartments are located near a laundromat.

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a hold for a security deposit. This hold is not an actual charge and is automatically released after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of stay terms.

Building was located in a very convenient area within walking distance of a grocery store and restaurants as well as downtown Tulum where more stores and restaurants could be accessed. Apartment was super clean and larger than I thought. The kitchen had all the essential items, such as utensils, dishware, appliances, and cleaning products. Bedroom included large king sized bed, and the balcony was great to hang out on. Parking was super convenient, but it was a little confusing to find at first. The few downsides included lack of towels for the stay since you get one bath towel and one pool towel per person. The ceiling fan control did not work. Lastly, communication felt like some responses were automated with delays. Submitting necessary documents was confusing because you had to fill out an online form and then send passport copies separately. Overall, these few cons did not outweigh our experience once we got settled.
