The master suite has a luscious king. Lay in bed while watching your favorite show as this unit has a TV in the master suite and you can't forget about the gorgeous walk-in shower. The guest room has two twins, and living room has a sleeper sofa in case you need an extra bed. The living room smart TV is equipped with a Blu-Ray player, has the option to watch Netflix, Youtube and with your own subscription VUDU, Prime video, Pandora, or iHeart radio for entertainment within the condo. Tile floors that look and feel like wood downstairs for easy clean up, carpet upstairs for comfort. We Do not accept reservations for less than a week. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
