Warm hardwood floors and a great room with 25-foot ceilings make the whole home feel open and full of light. There's plenty of room to gather around the stone fireplace, and when it's time to wind down, every bedroom has its own bathroom.

Start your morning with coffee on the front deck and a view of the ski hill. In the warmer months, fire up the BBQ for dinner outside or unwind on the fully fenced back deck under the aspens. After a long day, the shared hot tub is less than 20 feet from the front door, with alpenglow views of the resort and mountain.

You're a flat 4-block walk from the gondola, and the free city shuttle bus stop is about 50 feet away. We're the first stop on the route, so you'll get a seat, and it runs every 15 minutes or so. It's an easy way to get to the slopes, downtown, or anywhere in town without needing to drive.

Steamboat is a year-round town. Ski Champagne Powder® in winter and soak in the hot springs after. In summer, it's hiking, golfing, pickleball, and lazy river days. Plan a trip around signature events like Music Fest, Run Rabbit Run, Steamboat Gravel, Food & Wine, and the Hot Air Balloon Festival.
