Whether you walk 10 minutes to the Mickey and Friends FREE tram that takes you to the front gates of the park, or 15 minutes to Downtown Disney, you just can’t beat the location. Enjoy quiet, hassle free, “backstage” access to the wonderful world of Disney and all the nearby shops and entertainment, right within walking distance of our home.

CITY REQUIREMENTS:
+ Current REG Permit: REG2023-00020
+ Max Occupancy - 9 individuals including infants (6 adults max) - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee
+ Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX. 1 car detached garage and 1 assigned parking space. No outside parking available within the HOA. NO public street parking. Passenger Vans, RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ Pool -6 guests max at one time, strictly enforced by HOA. No unregulated flotation devices, pool toys, etc allowed. Pool Facility Hours: 9am - 9pm.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement for their reservation.
+ Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You must be 25 years old or older to book with us.
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
+For the convenience and security of the Guest, Funtierland also accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments but reserves the right to charge a 3.95% convenience fee. No convenience fees are incurred for payment via paper check, e-check, or ACH in US Funds.
+All rentals booked/paid for within 30 days of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.
Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present.

Good location for Disneyland and downtown Disney. We were able to walk there each day without issue! The condo was nice and cool on the main level but was rather warm on the second floor. They did provide fans so we used those in all bedrooms, which helped. Located in an quiet area so everyone slept well. However, fireworks do go off every night at Disney, so just plan for that. Not a big deal though. Our biggest issue was the WiFi. Although the router would say the signal was good, it almost never worked in our 6 night stay. We used cellular data on our phones and rarely watched TV as it would only play for a couple minutes before stopping. We continuously reset the router, unplugged it, etc but nothing helped. Very frustrating to us. We messaged Funtierland and they would respond but nothing got remedied while we were there. For the price we paid, we expected working WiFi.

We were very pleased with the property! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Our only issue was that we drove a Jeep Wagoneer and could not fit it into either parking spaces. Shari was so helpful and provided us with a different outside parking spot which easily fit our vehicle. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again!

Great location to walk to Disneyland. The house was very clean and communication with the owners was seamless. This house had everything we needed for 4 adults and 3 children.

It was a very clean property...we were a bit frustrated that we were not allowed to check in as early as we would have liked to and there were no guests the night before so we felt like we should have been able to check in earlier than only 30 minutes early. And...the wifi was terrible...we couldn't utilize the televisions at all and our music wouldn't play very well...it was spotty at best so that was frustrating as well. Other than those things it was a great property for us.
