Biltmore Villa, originally named The Chapman House, was built in 1900 and is one of 14 historic cottages constructed for the Biltmore Estate workers employed by Vanderbilt in the early 20th century. Designed by Robert Sharp Smith, his notable "Biltmore-style" buildings are a blend of English Arts and Crafts and Elizabethan Tudor, giving them the look of a charming countryside cottage in an English village.

This unique vacation rental is in the heart of Biltmore Village, within walking distance of its shops and restaurants. Take a 1-minute walk to Corner Kitchen, or pop across the street to LKN Cheesecakery (coming soon) in the former site of Well-Bred Bakery. A 2-minute walk leads to Fig (temporarily closed), and a 5-minute walk to the local favorite, Hillman Beer.
