We are in Calasetta, a small town situated on the northern tip of the island of Sant'Antioco, in the Sulcis archipelago. Sottotorre Beach is just 400 m from the property, and from the terrace you can enjoy a glimpse of Sardinia’s beautiful sea.

The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM II with a double bed and dresser;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- COVERED TERRACE furnished with a dining table.

PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an elevator—the apartment is on the first floor.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Calasetta, which is 1.00€ per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 12 and adults over 70 are exempt.

We need to follow this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
