Über diese villa dieses Ferienunterkunft
Welcome to Aethria Villa,
Aethria villa is located in the traditional village of Imerovigli, Santorini, on the rocks of the only habitable caldera in the world.
Built with earth materials and discreet decoration, it preserves the Cycladic architecture over time, with respect for the human and natural environment.
The special "silhouette" and the advantage of its location make Aethria unique.
Overlooking the volcano of the island, sleeping in the calm waters of the sea, it offers the opportunity to enjoy the multi-faceted view, sometimes mysterious and unexplored and sometimes seductive and adorably familiar.
When the touch of the sun during sunset paints the colorful handles of the rocks carmine, the dialogue between Heaven and Earth concerns the long history and the culture of the place.
All of the above, along with the hospitality and comforts create all the conditions for you to feel the absolute relaxation, the romance that our global Santorini exudes, in all seasons of the year, to make your holidays unforgettable!

The location of the condo was perfect. The place was nice and clean. The host, Fanis, was there to greet us and assisted with organizing transportation from the port and back. We enjoyed our time in Santorini and this place was comfortable.

Beautiful property, great and convenient location right in center of Imerovigli with spectaular views! Traveled with elderly & children, right around the corner from markets, resturant choices even across the way from a quaint bar but never felt crowed and noisy.Property manager, Fanis was amazing! Met with us to ease check-in and check out despite we messed up our ferry schedule arriving after 10PM. Assisted with arranging transporting troughout our trip and answering our relentless questions.Could not have asked for a better location and host for our first experience in Santorini!

We stayed here with friends for a group trip and it exceeded my expectations. The host Fanis was easy to communicate with and arranged transport for our large group! The property itself is beautiful and comfortable with such amazing views! I would recommend this property and stay again. Staying at this property on our first trip to Santorini was part of what made it so amazing. Thank you so much for the memories on a beautiful place.
