It sleeps 12 across three levels and 2,845 sq ft, with room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is packed with everything you need to feed a crowd or prep a meal together. This house is a parent's dream, with all the kids, grandkids, friends, and dogs under one roof.

GOOD FOR FAMILIES
Chickens and a horse live on the property and kids are welcome to visit them. Board games, puzzles, and four acres to run on. Please note the pond is unfenced.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
There are no televisions - this is a house for the river, the fire and the quiet. There is no A/C; the house stays cool with ceiling and floor fans and a swamp cooler, and the third floor runs warm in midsummer. We live on the property in a separate building and are here if you need us. This is a wildfire area: no smoking, open fires or barbecues. PG&E public safety power shutoffs are possible; the house has a generator to keep water running.
