The Neighborhood:

Nuevo Vallarta is a picturesque beachfront destination on the Pacific coast of Mexico. Just minutes from the property, you’ll find water sports, a bike rental, and a golf course. Dining options abound, offering a taste of Mexican and international cuisine, while vibrant nightlife can be found in nearby Puerto Vallarta. Nature enthusiasts can explore the diverse marine life of Banderas Bay, go whale-watching, or venture into lush tropical forests for hiking and wildlife encounters.



Getting Around:

The property is approximately 12 km | 7.5 miles from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).



Other Things to Note:

As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 10 kW are included daily during your stay. Please note that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.

Late check-in between 9 pm and 11 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN. Check-ins after 11 pm are not possible.



Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) must be sent to us at least 5 days prior to your check-in date, or upon booking confirmation for last-minute reservations.



Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:

All cancelations from VRBO are subject to a 5% fee due to transaction fees

Due to the condominium’s sustainability commitment, the apartment has a maximum electricity usage limit of 10 kW/day. Please note that each additional kW will be charged at $6 MXN.

For reservations longer than 7 days, additional cleaning will be required at an extra cost.

You must provide identification for all guests one week before your arrival. Failure to comply with this requirement will prevent access to the property.

Families with children are always welcome.

For groups, we ask that all members be at least 26 years old.

Smoking is not allowed.

Parties and events are not permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.

Immediately report any damage or incidents on the property.

Tenants agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or to pay for necessary extra cleaning charges if required after their stay.

If damages or losses exceed the security deposit, the additional amount will be charged at checkout and must be paid in cash.

Pets are not allowed.

Towels are not for beach use.

Only beach towels are permitted in common areas. Please do not hang towels over railings or balconies.

Please avoid moving the furniture.



Interaction with Guests:

You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.

You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
