Situated in the heart of Treasure Island, you are in easy walking distance of great restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, shopping, activities, and just moments from Johns Pass Village on the Beach Trolley.
When you need a break from the award-winning beaches and the warm, soft Gulf of Mexico waters, you can enjoy the privacy of your spacious balcony or lounge around the quiet waterfront pool area. The water view from the balcony is a wonderful place to wake up to, and a perfect location for an evening cocktail or meal.

2 large beds, ample room, everything worked. Close to beach and Publix. Pool was good, sometimes a crowd. Good A/C. No issues to note.

The condo was decent size, however, there were several drawbacks. Most importantly the mattress in the master bedroom should have been replaced years ago. My husband and I both ended up with very sore backs from it. We did buy a foam mattress pad but it was of little help. The occasional chair is the living area was not comfortable either.
Our view was of the intercoastal.
The price was extremely high even for Treasure Island.
I would not book this property again. Too many others beachside with views and more reasonable.

We enjoyed the property and convenience to shops and restaurants and the water view from the patio was beautiful. The kitchen was equipped with what was needed. Some updates and maintenance are needed in the unit. The bathroom faucets could be updated to fit the sink as it was hard to wash face or hands in those sinks. The patio door track needs to be cleaned as it was difficult to open and close. All light bulbs should be checked and replaced as needed as there were some not working. The wood patio furniture was wobbly with one chair falling apart and could benefit from more comfortable seating. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the area.

Very easy booking, and the condo was wonderful. Very convenient location. Within walking distance of grocery store (right next door), drug store, restaurants and bars.
