The pool is not heated, for an extra charge of 35 US per day we offer heating. Like the pool is not shared with other parties we can’t split the costs for the heating, also a lot of guest using the pool to refresh. So we give our guests the choice. The penthouse unit has no elevator, so you have to climb up stairs to the 4 th floor. For handicapped or older guests with limited shape, it is not suitable.
