Our 3 Bedroom home in the heart of Newtown, is the ideal family space in Sydney's premier inner west destination.
The house is set over 2 levels with soaring high ceilings, an open plan living and dining area and a stunning open plan kitchen that flows into a welcoming outdoor area that also has private parking.
Located just off King St high street, with it's eclectic mix of locals, restaurants, bars, vintage shops, cafes and more you will be ideally situated to explore Sydney from here.
Our home is a classic Sydney style Victorian era terrace with all the mod cons you'd expect in a modern home. We have an exceptional and fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar/kitchen island surround by high end appliances and sleek cabinetry. Downstairs we have a bathroom that also doubles as a laundry with a washer and dryer available. We have a spacious outdoor area with festoon lighting and air-con available to make your stay incredibly comfortable.
The second level has 2 Queen sized bedrooms and a 3rd family room with 3 x single beds so the house can sleep 7 people comfortably. There is a second bathroom upstairs as well.
THINGS TO KNOW
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*The home has 2 flights of stairs (24 steps) to reach the second floor.
*The 3 single beds in the 3rd bedroom can only accommodate people up to 170cm in height.
*The fireplaces are for display only and cannot be used.
*The home has one security camera facing the front entrance to the left of the front door. This is for the safety of our guests and the property.
*Our internal stairs handrails have gaps that little kids could fit through and fall. As a result the property is inappropriate for preschoolers.
*We have a parking garage that can fit one car. The dimensions of the garage are roughly (W) 2.87cm x (H) 2.17cm x (L) 5.5cm. The garage is best suited to standard-height vehicles, as lowered cars may have limited clearance.

* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.
* Max 7 overnight guests, 4 day visitors, 11 people total at any time.
* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).
* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.
* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.
* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).
* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.

Clean, quiet and great location. Exactly what we were looking for.

Fantastic location in Newtown, close to public transport, lots of restaurants and shops, and only 1km walk to Coles. The house has a decent amount of space, a good sized kitchen etc. Only two issues. The check in instructions were inaccurate we were given a code for the lock box, but it was the wrong lock box and the wrong code which was frustrating on a 40 degree day. Also the third bedroom with the double bed does not have a split system air con and it is very hot when the weather it hot. With the window open it is noisy with neighbours doing things like using a pressure hose to clean their car at 2:30am.

We found having one set of keys annoying. We found the locks on the front and back door was very hard to use. We had to leave the back sliding door. We couldn't lock it.The rout to the garage were the car parked, was like walking through a jungle.The beds were comfortable, kitchen clean. Great location we enjoyed shopping in Newtown.

We had a lovely time at this property—especially my teenage daughter who enjoyed all the vintage clothing shops nearby. Our family especially enjoyed eating in the kitchen with the beautiful views of the backyard garden. If you like to shop in small, independently owned stores, this is a great place to stay.
