Newly built, this 3 bedroom 2 bath home is 4 1/2 years old. It is located south of State Road 44 in The Village of Bradford, one of The Villages newer communities and is near many of The Villages newest amenities, dining and entertainment venues. The home is also located close to a beautiful walking and bike trail. Aviary Recreation Center is located less than 5 minutes away by golf cart where you will find a family friendly swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, billiards, bocche ball, darts, shuffle board and more. If you prefer, an adult only pool (30 years or older) is available at Bradford Postal and Recreation Center, which is a short 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride away. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly!
This home is comfortably decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of seating for an evening of enjoying your favorite television show on the flat screen smart TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, walk in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms have queen size beds for your guests and a pocket hallway door provides privacy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Pool towels are also provided. The screened in lanai has a table with 6 seats to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. It is also a great place to end the day with a cold drink or barbecue your favorite steak and enjoy dinner.

If you need to combine work and play,, there is a work space complete with desk, chair, wireless printer and plenty of light. With complimentary guest passes you will be able to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older ) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts and more plus hundreds organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $150 cleaning fee. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors, and all pet owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. For you and your canine companion’s enjoyment, there are several dog parks in The Villages.
For security purposes there is a doorbell camera located outside the front door.

We visited family during Thanksgiving. The home was extra clean and in excellent shape. The golf carts were a great addition, and the home had all the amenities you could want. Highly recommended - thank you!

Our stay here was terrific! The home is in a quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable. It has many amenities including golf carts, a screened in lanai, gas grill and more. Our host was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

My friends and I stay together anywhere from 1-4 times a year and we all agreed this is the best place we stayed as far as matching the description listed. The house was exactly as described. Treats were left for us. Beds Comfortable. Cleanliness outstanding. Kitchen was better stocked than any previous VRBO. Plenty of linens in bathrooms and Kitchen. Although we ate all meals out, we loooked in every drawer and cabinet. We could have cooked a gourmet meal with all the kitchen gadgets available. Plenty of dishes, wine glasses, coffee cups, etc. You will not be disappointed if you pick Annette's place. If we go back to the Villages, we will definitely be staying at Annette's.
