Inside, the home offers plenty of room for everyone with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 convenient half-baths..
The main level is designed for effortless gathering, featuring a chef-ready kitchen and a light-filled dining room that opens directly onto the back deck with a gas grill. Excellent location, and the activity barn was a life saver when it rained!

My family of 8 stayed for a long weekend and loved the house. We did not cook, but the kitchen is spacious if needing to cook. The bedrooms were nice size, the two upstairs attached were perfect for my daughters young family. The garage was a big hit with the kids and us, basketball and ping pong!! Spent every night there. We walked to town everyday, ages 6-64! Across the street is a great bagel shop, recommend getting there at opening as they sell out. Restaurants we loved, The Clam Shack, Allison's, The Boat House, short drive to Nunan's and Mabel's.
We would for sure stay again!

Everything was equiped, available and ready to use. Such a beautiful home and experience. We all enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend staying here. The barn was great for the kids and for somewhere else to go.

Charming 1700s home with a responsive and welcoming host. The kitchen was well-equipped, and for an old home, the four bathrooms were pretty good. Plenty of sleeping space, and the location is fantastic—just a short, walkable stroll to downtown Kennebunkport with shops and restaurants nearby. Minor notes: towels could be upgraded, and the living spaces could use more comfortable seating for a house that sleeps 10. Overall, a historic gem in a perfect location!
