We have the 4 parking spots closest to our house. There are 7 total parking spots in the parking area for our house and the neighbor. However, 3 of them are for the neighboring property. The 4th spot in front of our property will only fit a car. It will not fit 4 SUVs or 4 Trucks, it will fit 3 SUVs/Trucks and 1 car.
Note: WE HAVE A VERY STRICT NO PETS POLICY. THIS INCLUDES EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS. $500 FINE FOR BREAKING THIS POLICY AND YOU WILL HE ASKED TO LEAVE. HOUSEKEEPERS ALLERGIC TO PETS.

Perfect vacation for families or couples. The running river was beautiful and relaxing. The location was perfect. I would recommend this rental to family or friend. Hy husband did enjoy the hot tub.

This was our second time staying at this property. We love it so much. We had the best time playing/fishing in the river, cooking out, playing games, etc. I love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is such a clean and welcoming place. We love being able to walk uptown, especially on busy weekends when traffic can be treacherous. We will definitely be back!

We loved the Rivercation house! Our grandkids played in the river every day and would have been content not to go anywhere else. My husband enjoyed fishing right in the backyard. I think we even liked it better then staying up in the mountains! My daughters and I walked down to the parkway, which was very convenient to eat and shop, especially since the traffic was bad and we didn't have to pay for parking. The location was central to the national park and Pigeon Forge, easy to get wherever we wanted to go.The beds were comfortable, as were the living room sofas. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix dinner a couple of nights. The newly renovated backyard is beautiful and was perfect for outside meals. The firepit and chairs around it were very relaxing by the river. We did see a bear one night when we were sitting around the firepit. He ignored us and kept moving down the river though.The hot tub was another big hit with everyone! We liked that the entrance to that balcony was at the end of a hall, not just through one of the bedrooms.We had a couple of questions and Blake, our host, was always quick to answer.We weren't asked to do too much at check out, so it was easy to pack up and leave.We enjoyed our stay very much and hope we're able to return again.
