With stunning views of Nantucket Sound and 100 feet of private beach, Sound View has two, 3-bedroom, 1,200 sf units, each accommodating six. Each unit has heat and air conditioning, with wireless high speed internet, washer and dryer. They are decorated in a charming nautical style, with grey/white/navy colors, beadboard walls, new white kitchens with breakfast bars, new beds, and upholstered furniture. Also, a wall of windows and sliders provides stunning views of the beach and ever-changing Cape skyline.
Step off your deck onto a child friendly beach with shallow, calm and warm ocean water only 50 feet away. Enjoy panoramic vistas of both the sunrise and sunset on one of your two decks overlooking the beach. Located on a vibrant seasonal street that hosts runners, bikers, dog walkers, and parents and grandparents pushing babies in strollers.
Unit Two – second floor unit features 3 bedrooms (2 twins, 1 queen, 1 king) – open floor plan with soaring ceilings, open floor plan with kitchen/breakfast bar, dining area, living area. WE enjoy renting this beach house each year. It provides great space for family of 5. Right on the beach, close proximity to numerous great recreational activities & top-notch restaurants. We look forward to returning next year.
