Very nice condo in Key West (Truman Annex). The condo was clean, nice balcony, large shower, nice loft (we used it to store our suitcases) very nice pool, the outside area/community landscape was well taken care of. We rented a golf cart during our stay. The parking lot was about 5 min of walking time away. The condo also has bikes. Tracy the owner; was very nice, great communication And answered all my questions. Me and my wife would stay here again.

Sunset on Southard is a prime location. Having 2 bikes is a bonus and adds to the fun. We enjoyed the pool, Fort Zachary Beach and walking to Blue Heaven for breakfast multiple times. The balcony is a great place to relax and still enjoy the weather.

The place was lovely and very well located--close to everything Duval, yet quiet. Our host was responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this property.

Place was very clean, welcoming and in a good location. Walkability to sites in Old Key West was excellent.Couple of things to note: This unit is on the second floor, with narrow stairs. If trying to lug bulky objects up the stairs, it can be a challenge. Parking lot is not the one next to the building, but off another street. The complex reminded me of a hedge maze trying to find way from front door to car.We appreciated the use of the bikes, that was very helpful in getting around.Not sure if it's a complex/unit issue, or a Key West issue in general, however not a lot of water pressure. I struggled to rinse conditioner out of long, thick hair.
