The 100-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM: with dining area, double sofa bed, split AC, and TV with Netflix, TIM VISION CALCIO with DAZN and INFINITY+;

- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, and whirlpool tub;

- BATHROOM 2 with toilet, bidet, and shower stall;

Additional amenities available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, washing machine, mosquito screens, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.
