Visit our beautiful pool home, which is perfectly set up for 4+ families. There is plenty of space for the whole family. Our home is designer-decorated and has wood floors throughout.
There are four Cal-king masters, three of which have an ensuite. The two remaining bedrooms are children's bedrooms with bunk beds that are full over full. One of the children's bedrooms shares a Jack n' Jill bathroom with the master bedroom but does not have an ensuite. The remaining children's bedroom has a shower/tub combo hallway bathroom access. All bedrooms have a 47'' LCD TV. The bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with granite countertops, custom paneled vanities, travertine tile floors, and custom travertine/marble inlays in the showers.
The open-concept kitchen has granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The dining room comfortably seats ten, with an additional breakfast nook and kitchen countertop seating. The family room has plenty of seating for the whole family on the oversized sectional. The family room has a 60-inch TV with a DVD player. The home has Hi-Speed Wireless Internet.
You can access the private rear yard with a beautiful in-ground pool and jacuzzi through the sliding glass door. We monitor and control the temperature remotely from our office to ensure it will be on and at the correct temperature when you arrive. Enjoy our outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ Grill.
The game room in the garage has a ping-pong table and a billiards table for the children. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guests to use. In addition, there is a pack 'n play, strollers, highchair, and booster seat for infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
It is a .7 mile walk to Disneyland and about 1.25 miles to the Anaheim Convention Center. You can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yards. The home has central air and heat.
This house SLEEPS 15 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 15 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Cars is 4 (parked in our driveway only). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. NO STREET PARKING
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102.
*All Major credit cards & checks accepted.
A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.
No local rentals where renter lives within 100 Miles of the Home.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. There was 11 of us that stayed here. The home was spacious for us. The pool was a great place to relax at the end of our day after a day out at Disney parks. I did need to reach out to the host for some minor issues and their response was quick, and issues were immediately remedied within 20 minutes. I would recommend staying here again.

This house was very spacious. We had plenty of room for our group. The house was well stocked with soap/shampoo for the restrooms and plenty of towels and paper products.No issue with the house itself but a little stressful to keep within all the rules which are posted throughout the house. Unfortunately, the rules are a requirement for Anaheim.Could use a new set of knives in the kitchen as all were duller than the butter knives.Great location for visiting Disneyland and downtown Disney.

The house was nice and spacious. The pool table was a nice touch. Loved the backyard was just a bummer that we could be out there at night and the alarm on the door was a bit much. All the verification for renting was also a little picu
