Villa Marion is the perfect option for those looking for unique accommodation for their vacation. It is located in the small village of Smolići, not far from Višnjan, and it blends seamlessly with the regional Istrian landscape.
Originally an old farmhouse, Villa Marion was completely renovated in 2024. The focus was on incorporating natural materials from the original house to preserve the historic character and traditional look of the area. Much of the work was carried out by the family themselves, and the carpentry and furniture were handmade by local craftsmen. The villa features a 50 m2 private pool, suitable for relaxation or a refreshing dip, complemented by comfortable sunbeds and an large garden. Additionally, there is a well-equipped summer kitchen with a grill, perfect for family meals and barbecue nights.

There is also a large gallery where you will find a library on one side, and entrance to a spacious bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, on the other side.
In another part of the house, on the ground floor, there is one large bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed and a private bathroom. The first floor comprises two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; one bedroom contains two single beds, while the other has a double bed.
