This home was designed for large groups to enjoy their space, whether everyone enjoys the indoor amenities or outside. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed with everything needed for comfort and relaxation. The bedrooms are designed to accommodate everyone! The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, the third and fourth bedrooms have a king.
The king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, and a walk-in shower. The bunk bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower that is also accessible from the living room. The third bathroom is accessible off the hallway, for all other guests to use!

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to cook for everyone in the home; with stainless steel appliances, the cooking essentials and gadgets (including a Keurig & coffee pods, crock pot, air fryer, blender, etc). You will be able to entertain here for days!
Moving over to the adjacent living rooms, the modern theme continues! With elegant decor and large smart TV, here is where your whole group can unwind and enjoy sports games, movie nights, or any other entertainment! Right next to the living space is a dining area, with seating for up to 4 and additional sitting for up to 3 at the island.

We’ve been coming to Florida for vacation for over 25 years, and this was the best-stocked house we’ve ever stayed at. Every kitchen staple and household good was provided with great care to ensure that basic needs (condiments, spices, drinking water, soft drinks, beer, wine, paper goods, trash bags, towels for home and the beach, coolers, fishing rods/reels, feeding/water bowls for our three dogs, etc…) were covered prior to arrival. Even the refrigerator was filled with wine, beer, and soft drinks, and snacks were graciously provided as well. The heated saltwater pool was great and also stocked with many pool toys for everyone’s enjoyment. The propane Weber grill was provided with two full tanks. The included tritoon boat was awesome for this first-time boater and provided several hours per day of great memories, fishing, exploration, and swimming for our entire family. Also, the water pressure in the showers and kitchen was absolutely awesome, making getting ready and settling down two things to look forward to each day. Communication was great with Eugene, as he addressed several questions we had over the course of our stay, both through texts and by phone. We had a phenomenal trip and look forward to returning in the not-too-distant future.

Our stay was wonderful! There were 11 of us 6 adults and 5 kids and the house was perfect for us! The host was great and had a quick response time! The house was clean and fully stocked! The master closet had a lot of air mattresses which worked perfect to air up in the rooms for the kids! We arrived and there were snacks and drinks which was perfect for our late evening arrival time! The heated pool was also great and there were plenty of pool toys to keep them busy! Another family favorite was the boat! We took it out almost everyday to port charlotte beach! The beach was the perfect size for the kids and had plenty of shells which they loved! The beach was never busy which was nice! The house also came with fishing poles! The guys caught several different kinds of fish! We also saw a dolphin swimming right by the house! Over all our stay was perfect and we couldn’t ask for anything else! We would definitely rent from them again!

The house was good, snacks and beverages along with kitchen supplies, and bathroom supplies were nice to have supplied. There were several items that were in a state of needed repair. The description and pictures of the house did not exactly depict the current condition of the property. Overall I thought we overpaid for the property and amenities.
