The property was clean and private and quiet. The communication was excellent. We will definitely stay here again. We were very pleased.

We had an excellent 4-week stay here at this very well appointed property in the Movie Colony. From small touches like phone charging stands on every night table, included robes and a well-stocked kitchen, this is one of the better properties we’ve ever stayed at.The location is great (less than 10 minutes to downtown). It’s close to the airport but the sound from the planes really didn’t bother us.The backyard is awesome - very resort like, with a hot tub, large pool with Baja shelf. Lots of chairs and chaise loungers, fire pit, etcIt all made for a very enjoyable stay. We recommend this place highly.

The home was very clean on arrival and we loved the open eating/sitting area. Large windows to the pool area added to the ambiance of the home. Pool area was perfect for 4 adults and two grandkids! The pool area is surrounded by a very high hedge and provides not only privacy but kept any breezy days from disrupting our outdoor fun.Yes you are close to the airport, yes you will hear planes taking off, yes you will get used to it and carry on. We've rented many places in the valley and this is one of our top 2 to date. The property management team were always available and promptly answered any questions that we had. There is ample shopping nearby for groceries and coffee and some authentic Mexican tacos across from Albertsons. Enjoyed our week here !

If you want to take a dip in the pool it will cost you extra $650. If you want to ck in early it will cost you $150. If you want to hear the first Airplanes take off at 5:45 am then this is the place for you! If you want heat you better bring your own blanket.
